The best CARDIO workout to burn BELLY FAT.

I had been looking for a good cardio workout before i start doing cardio, and it was hard to find one that was according to my standards so i made my routine through different exercises I found on the internet.

Target:

This routine is for burn belly fat and most of the exercises target the fat in your abdomen which help to get rid of the fat and get lean at the same time.

Before you start doing this workout it is important you have a diet plan otherwise, you won't get good results. So let's start.

You can pick any day you like to do this workout and you should do it in the morning if you can.

For each exercise: 

Beginner - 20 seconds(set a timer and do as many sets as you can) 3 sets(30 seconds rest).
Mid Level -  30 seconds(set a timer and do as many sets as you can) 3 sets(30 seconds rest).
Advance - 30 seconds(set a timer and do as many sets as you can) 4 to 5 sets(no rest).

Total time to finish usually under 30 minutes.

Exercises:

1 - Squats 



2 -  Jumping Jack



3 - Crossing climber




4 - Push ups 



5 - Burpee(do it fast)





This my cardio workout and you can give a try with a good diet you can archive good results at least in 3 week.
