Best 5 exercice for ABS at Home(2016)
People often struggle to find a good workout plan for abs, cause there are many exercises you can do and you might not know which works better for you.
I have been through this step too when I started, i tried every exercise i could, and by the time went on I end up finding the best exercises you can do to get strong and toned abs.
1- Crunches
6 - 12 reps (3 - 4 sets)
2 - Leg rises.
6 - 12 reps (3 - 4 sets)
It is import to keep your legs straight while you do this exercise.
3 - Side Plank.
For beginners, I recommend doing in 40 seconds in each side.
4 - V - Ups
6 - 12 reps (3 - 4 sets)
5 - L-Sit
If you have never done this exercise I recommend staying in this position for 40 seconds.
I hope this post is helpful, and I promise you if you do this workout you can get good results as long as you have a good diet plan. Once you get used with all the exercises you can add more resistance or do more reps.
